Join Lorraine Fontana, a co-founder of ALFA (Atlanta Lesbian Feminist Alliance), and Carrie Miller, founder of Lavender Lens, for Cross-Gen Conversations - an intergenerational conversation group at Charis Books & More.Drawing on Lorraine’s legacy of lesbian activism in Atlanta and Carrie’s work in the queer film and arts community, they are creating a monthly gathering that brings Atlanta’s generations together to share stories, experiences, ideas, and visions for the future.
All generations are welcome, including:
- Baby Boomers (1946–1964)
- Gen X (1965–1980)
- Millennials (1981–1996)
- Gen Z (1997–2010)
Everyone is welcome. Connect across generations and help build community together.
This group will meet in-person on the last Sunday of each month at Charis from 3:00pm - 4:30pm.
The event is free and open to all people, but we encourage and appreciate a donation of $5-20 in support of the work of Charis Circle, our programming non-profit. Donate via our website: www.chariscircle.org/donate or in person at the event.
