Crooked Fingers live at Eddie's Attic ft. Julia Barfield! Crooked Fingers is the project of singer/guitarist Eric Bachmann, best known as the longtime frontman for North Carolina indie rock institution Archers of Loaf, whose acclaimed LPs include Icky Mettle and All the Nation's Airports. After the band's 1998 dissolution, Bachmann founded Crooked Fingers, debuting in 2000 with a self-titled album. Records like Red Devil Dawn furthered his vision, allowing elements like horns and strings to creep into his melancholy indie pop, while Dignity and Shame was a conceptual piece based on the life of legendary bullfighter Manolete. -- Athens, GA-based singer-songwriter Julia Barfield was raised in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains, surrounded by the folk and Americana music that inspires her sound. Her debut EP, "Keep to Me," is equal parts heartache and hope, delivered with a warm, gentle-yet-commanding sound.Sale Dates and Times:
