Crocodile Hands have crawled out of the swamp and onto The Cornfield Stage at The Backline! This improv team is kicking off a monthly slot in the last Thursday of the month! (Back in January)
They will be joined by a special guest team, plus you'll be in the audience, right? Right?? This show will be free for Backline students and alumni too!
AND-
Stick around afterwards for the free Halloween Improv Jam!
Show up in character and improvise scenes as your character! We'll have a series of teams each doing slightly different variations of improvising as characters. This will be following the Crocodile Hands show at 7pm! People may be able to do multiple sets depending on how many improvisers are here.
EASY MODE:
IN COSTUME OR WITHOUT - This team will just do their set as themselves but while wearing costumes or not wearing costumes. Basically just a regular jam with some people in costumes.
MEDIUM MODE:
AS CHARACTERS ALL IN THEIR OWN WORLD - This group will be paired up because they all belong in the same world together and they will interact with each other as the characters they are dressed up as. (Depending on how many want to do this version and how different their worlds are, this might be two teams)
HARD MODE:
AS CHARACTERS IMPROVISING AS OTHER CHARACTERS - This team will be the character they are dressed up as, but pretending to do a normal improv set where they will pretend to be other characters as if their costumed characters are the improvisers.
This Improv Jam is free for everyone and anyone is allowed to join us on stage regardless of experience, or just sit and watch if they prefer!
