CROCKPOT COOKOFF: BATTLE OF THE ORCHESTRAS PATTONVILLE vs PARKWAY WEST

Gather your team and compete for Crockpot Cookoff bragging rights and prizes!Benefiting both orchestras through scholarships, travel, instrument repairs, and guest clinicians.
Featuring performances by orchestra students.
RULES & REGISTRATION

• Registration form & $15 payment are due November 6. Only the first 30 dishes will be accepted & includes 1 Sampling Ticket.
• All forms and payment must be received by November 6 to be listed on the ballot. Dish name/category changes may be made through November 6. Payment instructions are on the online registration form.
• Teams of at least 2 people to serve throughout the event. Space allows only 2-3 team members at the table at one time.
• Bring at least 6 quarts of your dish (one large crockpot). More samples give more people a chance to try your entry and cast their vote. Feel free to bring two crockpots if you'd like!
• Setup begins at 4:30 PM & teams MUST be ready by 5:45 PM.
• Bring your ingredients, an extension cord, and labeled equipment.
Keep your dish warm for serving. Taster cups, utensils, napkins, and serving ladles will be provided.
DISH, VOTING & AWARDS
• No ingredient restrictions. Display ingredient list at your table.
• Teams are encouraged to decorate their table and themselves.
• Each Sampling Ticket includes one ballot. All votes are final.
• One school will take home the traveling trophy for Best Overall
Dish.
• Category awards: Sweet, Savory, Vegetarian, Spicy, Student Prepared, and Table Décor.
• Each team must leave its table area clean at 8:00 PM. Trash cans will be conveniently located throughout the cafeteria.

• Sampling Tickets are $12 when purchased by November 6 and $15 after November 6 or at the door.
• Hot dog meals are $6 and include a hot dog, chips, cookie, and drink.
