Headline: When the System Breaks: Crisis Leadership from the White House to the Shipyard
Speaker: Rear Adm. John Polowczyk (Ret.), President, VSRA
The Hook: When COVID-19 shattered the global supply chain, the White House called one man to fix it: John Polowczyk.
Why This is Unmissable:
You rarely get to sit in a room with the person who managed a global crisis from the West Wing. John used the Defense Production Act to save lives. Now, he’s securing the ship repair industry. This is the ultimate session on resilience. Stop worrying about "supply chain issues" and come learn how to master them from the expert.
You Will Learn:

• Command in Chaos: How to make decisions when you don’t have all the data.
• Supply Chain Fortitude: Building systems that don't break under pressure.
• The Executive Pivot: Lessons learned transitioning from the Joint Chiefs to Ernst & Young to a Trade Association.
