About this Event
Evening Sound Bath at Crystal Tones® Creekside Sedona
Experience Deep Renewal & Inner Harmony
Unwind and restore your natural balance with the transformative power of sound. This one-hour evening sound bath invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm through the pure, resonant tones of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®.
Sound therapy—also known as vibrational medicine—uses harmonic frequencies to help bring the body, mind, and spirit back into alignment. As you rest and receive the waves of sound, your nervous system begins to soften, releasing stress and tension held throughout the day.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. The session begins promptly at 5PM.
What is a Sound Bath?
