About this Event
Move like a zombie. Prowl like a werewolf. Channel your inner vampire. 👻
Join Strange Pigeon + Elias Hernandez at Casa Vibra for a playful evening of creature-inspired movement and acting. Explore body language, character, and voice through guided exercises. No dance or acting experience needed!
You may know Strange Pigeon, aka Natalie, from our Breathwork + Guided Meditation classes. She’s been with Casa Vibra since the beginning and will guide grounding, body awareness, and movement exploration.
Elias Hernandez, a local director and actor specializing in creature performance, will help bring your character to life through movement and vocal techniques.
We’ll begin with a shared warm-up, then split into two small groups that switch stations so everyone gets to work with both instructors. We’ll finish the workshop together with a guided creature scene and wind-down.
Want your creature close-up? 🎬
Stay afterward for an optional zombie walk and a chance to have your creature moment filmed! Walking and being filmed are both optional. Weather permitting, we’ll head outside.
