The Midwest Writing Center will be taking over Creativity Lab for October. Learn how to write haiku from local author, Ryan Collins. After writing (or dictating your poem to a grown up) you can then add an illustration. All supplies will be provided. We will be pulling inspiration from the book Haiku, Ew by Lynn Burnelle, a book full of gross animal facts written in haiku form.
For kids kindergarten through fifth grade and their families. Younger children are welcome but require an adult to be with them at all times. No registration required.
