Join the Chesapeake Creative Writing Group for our weekly Saturday meetup! Writers of all experience levels and genres are welcome. Ages 18+. We’ll work through 2–3 creative writing prompts, with about 10–15 minutes to write for each, followed by an opportunity to share your work with the group. Sharing is always optional.
What to bring: Something to write with. Pen and paper, a laptop, or whatever works best for you. Outlets are available in the library if you need to plug in.
Snacks are welcome! Just please be mindful of any mess, strong smells, and trash so we can leave the space as we found it.
Location: Greenbrier Library — Upstairs Conference Room
Time: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
New members are always welcome!
Planning to join us? Mark yourself “Going” so we have an idea of how many writers to expect!
