The Power of the Pause
A meditative writing workshop for women who want to slow down and come home to themselves.
We spend most of our lives moving fast, answering, achieving, showing up for everyone else. This workshop is a deliberate stop. A space to put the phone down, pick up a pen, reflect and ask yourself the questions you usually don't have time for.
No writing experience needed. No performance required.
Just curiosity, a pen, and giving yourself the permission to pause.
What you'll get:
· Clarity; guided prompts designed to surface what's actually going on beneath the noise.
· A reset ; a short meditation to help you drop out of your head and into the present moment.
· Real writing time; uninterrupted space to write freely, without judgment or a "right answer".
· Connection; the option to share and be heard in a small, supportive circle (optional never required).
· Something to take home; pages of your own words, and a few tools for continuing the practice on your own.
What to expect:
A blend of gentle meditation, honest self-reflection, creative writing prompts, and optional sharing, held in a warm, unhurried atmosphere.

Any woman curious about herself, and her human experience, whether you're a longtime regular journaler or have never written a personal word in your life.
This is for you if you wish to get to know understand and love yourself more.
What to bring:
Just yourself, and a favourite pen or journal if you have one. But if not, all materials will be provided.
