Join us for a welcoming 9-week creative wellbeing journey where art becomes a tool for self-expression, confidence building and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you're completely new to art or have been creative for years, this workshop is about the process—not the finished piece. No artistic experience is needed, just curiosity and an open mind.
Each session provides a relaxed, supportive environment where participants can connect with others, explore different creative activities and take time for themselves.
Together we'll explore, express and nurture wellbeing through creativity.
What You Can Expect
Throughout the programme you'll have the opportunity to:

Who Can Attend?
This workshop is open to anyone aged 18+ who would like to improve their wellbeing through creativity.
No previous artistic experience is required—everyone is welcome.
