Creative Sparks! is a workshop designed to reconnect you with your creative voice through both visual art and poetry.Blending artmaking with mindful awareness exercises, this experience invites participants to slow down, tune in, and explore what emerges when creativity is given space to unfold.
Across the session, you’ll experiment with pastels and watercolours and be introduced to poetry forms, including haiku and duplex poetry, offering new ways to blend creatively language, emotion, and imagery.
Grounded in mindfulness practices, the workshop encourages presence over perfection. There is no expectation of artistic or writing experience, only a willingness to explore.
