8 weeks of simple art and connecting with nature for relaxation
Each 2-hour session explores creative mindfulness in nature:
Week 1 – Bouquet contour and negative spaces
Week 2 - Texture stamps and monoprints
Week 3 - Natural tool making and marks
Week 4 - Pebble mark making and plein air
Week 5 - Mountain meditation and eco printing
Week 6 - Breath marks and Anthotype printing
Week 7 - RAIN mindfulness, ink and paint making
Week 8 – Collaborative mandala sculpture
