About this Event
Creative Movement: Queer/Trans Mornings
Part dance class, part somatic experience, and part story telling– this dance and movement class is for all people who want to find more freedom in motion, and expand their range of expression, both creatively and in their everyday lives.
Together we will practice moving boldly in space, shaking off our daily stressors, being honest, and hopefully getting a little more free in our bodies.
Please come ready to put aside perfectionism, and fear and just MOVE. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
**This workshop centers the queer/trans community. Allies, buddies, and questioning folks are welcome! **
Dress: Shoes that offer good padding. Comfortable clothes, pants recommended. Water bottle.
