This monthly therapeutic art group for adults uses guided art therapy-inspired activities to promote self-expression, emotional healing, and personal growth. No artistic experience is needed—this is a low-pressure, judgment-free space where the focus is on the process, not the final product.
All art materials are provided, and each session offers a unique creative experience using paints, colored pencils, paper, and other simple art supplies. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, process emotions, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy a mindful creative practice, you're welcome just as you are.
