Creative Expressions: A Night of Crafting & Wellness
Start your week with a little creativity, connection, and self-care at Altered States Wellness! We’ll begin the evening with a fun fall-themed craft, giving you a chance to slow down, get creative, and make something you’ll love.
After crafting, it’s time to recharge. Each guest will choose one wellness service to enjoy: Red Light Therapy, PEMF, Salt Cave, Fire & Ice, BrainTap, or Compression Boots.
Creative expression can be a wonderful way to unwind and step away from the everyday rush. Pair it with a restorative wellness experience, and you’ve got the perfect Monday night reset.
