About this Event
Make Space for Balance. Reconnect Through Creativity.
Join us at VFA Creative Events for the first event in the Creative Employee Engagement Experience Series, beginning with BALANCE, an interactive experience exploring work-life balance, personal priorities, and the human side of work.
Designed for HR professionals, People & Culture leaders, Employee Experience specialists, managers, and professionals interested in meaningful connection and creative approaches to team building.
This is an opportunity to step away from your daily routine, connect with like-minded professionals, and experience a fresh approach to employee engagement.
What to Expect
Networking & Mingling | 5:30–6:00 PM
Meet fellow professionals, exchange ideas, and build new connections over light snacks and beverages.
Creative Engagement Experience | 6:00–8:00 PM
Explore the theme of balance through guided creative exercises, abstract shapes, metaphors, and reflection. Discover new perspectives on the demands of work and life, what deserves your energy, and how creativity can open up new ways of thinking.
No artistic experience is necessary. This experience is about exploration, not perfection.
Closing & Reflection | 8:00–8:30 PM
Reflect on your experience, exchange final thoughts, and leave with a fresh perspective.
