In a world where so many people are carrying stress, overwhelm, and unresolved experiences, learning how to show up with greater awareness, compassion, and sensitivity matters more than ever. This community workshop is designed for parents, teachers, yoga instructors, healers and anyone who works closely with or cares for others.
Together, we will explore what trauma is, how it can shape the nervous system and lived experience, and what it means to become a more trauma-aware person in everyday life.
Our time together will include discussion, reflection, and practical tools for creating safer, more supportive spaces—both for others and for ourselves. We will then close with a trauma-aware yoga practice designed to help integrate what we’ve explored.
You do not need to be a yoga teacher or wellness professional to attend.
