About this Event
Creating Psychological Safety at Work
The glue that helps company culture hold together.
Lunch & Learn begins at 11:45 AM. Lunch is provided!
Would your employees actually tell you when something is wrong?
Would they admit a mistake? Ask for help? Raise a concern? Tell their manager they’re struggling? Or would they stay quiet because they’re unsure how it will be received?
Psychological safety plays an important role in communication, trust, employee wellbeing, and mental health at work. But creating psychological safety doesn’t mean avoiding difficult conversations or lowering expectations.
In this Lunch & Learn, Holly Farnsworth, HR Consultant with BBSI Utah Valley, will explore what psychological safety looks like in the workplace and how leaders can create an environment where employees feel supported and comfortable speaking up while still maintaining appropriate boundaries, accountability, and performance.
We’ll have a practical conversation about building trust, supporting employee wellbeing and mental health, and strengthening workplace communication.
