About this Event
How can employers build more inclusive workplaces, support successful recruitment and prevent aggression at work?
Join us for a practical morning exploring the support available to employers in Norfolk, with insights from local organisations and the presentation of a newly launched workplace aggression prevention toolkit.
Organised in partnership with Rippleacts CIC, the event will bring together employer experience, specialist knowledge and practical resources to help organisations consider how they can create safer, more inclusive and supportive working environments.
Professor Roberta Fida from Aston University Business School will present an evidence-based toolkit and interactive dashboard for workplace aggression prevention. These resources are freely available for employers to download and use on a non-commercial basis.
