A morning of gentle movement, creative expression, and time for yourself.Join me for a peaceful 2-hour experience that combines gentle yoga with the simple beauty of mandala-inspired art. We'll begin with an all-levels yoga practice to help you slow down, connect with your body, and settle into the present moment. Then, we'll transition into a relaxed, guided creative experience where you'll make your own mandala cards.
A mandala is a circular design that often features repeating shapes, patterns, and symmetry. The word comes from Sanskrit and means “circle.” Across many traditions, mandalas have been used as symbols of wholeness, balance, and the interconnectedness of life. Creating or simply observing a mandala can offer a calming, meditative experience, inviting us to focus on the present moment and enjoy the process of creating.
During the art portion, I'll guide you through simple shapes, patterns, and color combinations. No art experience is needed! You don't have to consider yourself creative, and there is no right or wrong way to make your cards. You can create something meaningful, something beautiful, or simply enjoy playing with color and pattern.
Beverages and light snacks will be available throughout the event, giving you time to relax, connect, and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
All art supplies are provided.
Come as you are, take a little time for yourself, and discover the joy of creating without the pressure of perfection.
