Clear the fog, release the tension in your body, and step into spring feeling aligned with your true self.
About this Event

All are welcome to join us for an afternoon designed to help you feel grounded, empowered, and regulated through the healing power of art & sound.

Let's shake off the weight of winter and move into spring feeling calm, clear, and creative. We're here to help you uncover and release whatever's been sending your nervous system into overdrive, and offer you nurturing guidance & tools to help when things feel overwhelming.

This isn't just a one-off quick-fix. It's a deep dive into understanding and learning to care for your nervous system, so that you can step into spring feeling refreshed and equipped to handle whatever life throws at you.

Whether you're an exhausted parent, burnt-out student, overwhelmed entrepreneur, or just need a little extra self-love, we see you, and we're here for you.

Together, we'll explore grounding breathwork, soothing soundbaths, intimate discussions, introspective journalling & reflections, artistic alchemy, and take-home tools & guidance for your individual journey.

This is an opportunity to invest in yourself, because what we put into ourselves is what we put out into the world. We cannot care for others when we haven't first cared for ourselves, so in the name of self-love, come feel better with us.

We've limited tickets so that this can be an intimate circle of compassion and support.

What's included:

A non-alcoholic beverage of your choice, based on what's in stock at Society Clubhouse

Yoga mats & cervical neck support pillows

Materials to create your own painting

Journals for introspective reflection

What to bring:

Please note that this event will be floor-based. We're providing yoga mats, and you're invited to bring blankets, pillows, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
