Take a break from the busy holiday season and join us for an afternoon of creativity, mindfulness, and connection at our November Create & Connect Saturdays workshop at the VENICE YMCA.In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll create your own mala necklace using curated beads and materials while learning the meaning behind intention beads and simple mindfulness practices.
As you design your necklace, you'll be encouraged to reflect on personal goals, gratitude, and intentions. We'll conclude with a gentle guided mini meditation using your completed mala.
No prior experience is necessary.
