Join local artist Olivia Joy Flowers for a relaxed, creative workshop where you’ll learn how to make a beautiful paper Christmas Rose, also known as Hellebore. This seasonal flower makes a charming festive decoration that you can enjoy for years to come.
Olivia will guide you through the process of creating your own hellebore, sharing techniques for adding delicate vein details to the petals and painting subtle colour variation to bring your flower to life. There’ll be plenty of demonstrations, guidance and time to work at your own pace.
Spend a creative morning surrounded by fellow craft enthusiasts, making something beautiful to take home and enjoy in your own space. All materials and templates are provided, and no previous experience is needed. Some of the details are quite delicate, so a steady hand and a little patience will help you get the most from the workshop.
Recommended age 16+.

Olivia is a Leeds-based artist creating lifelike paper flowers inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature. Self-taught with over a decade of experience, she crafts detailed, botanical pieces for weddings, gifts, and home décor- offering lasting alternatives to fresh blooms. Through workshops and kits, she shares her process encouraging others to slow down, connect with their creativity, and appreciate the delicate artistry of both paper and the natural world.

Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. As materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date. Please note that Eventbrite’s booking fee is non-refundable.
If we need to cancel the course for any reason your ticket will be fully refunded.
