Join the birth worker community as we gather, and create affirmation cards to make a community doula/ birth worker affirmation deck.We encourage everyone to show up with the vulnerability of sharing their fears and what is holding them back from growth. We will collectively meditate on the concerns, write affirmations, and decorate affirmation cards.Options to paint, collage, or color your card design is up to you! Everyone will have the option of receiving virtual decks to print out yourselves, or to go in on a group purchase for physical cards.
We will end our night with a sound bath hosted by The Intuitive Hearth, Calli Fressh.
