HANDS ON EVENT.
Your Chef: Sue Wiebe
Students will prepare their own Croissant dough from scratch using the “Laminating technique” that gives the croissant it’s buttery, flaky layers. A delicious lunch of Ham & Cheese Croissant & Salad will be served while the Chef demonstrated the cutting & shaping of trendy croissant styles.
TRADITIONAL CROISSANT
Students will roll, cut & shape pre-made Croissant dough into an elongated shell shape.
After the dough has risen, they will be baked ready for eating!
PAIN AU CHOCOLAT SUISSE
A variation from the traditional Pain au Chocolat: Croissant dough rolled & cut into strips, filled with a luscious Vanilla Custard & Swiss Chocolate Chunks.
CINNAMON SWIRL CRUFFIN
With Cream Cheese Frosting: Croissant dough spread with Buttery Cinnamon Sugar, rolled into a cylinder & baked in Muffin Tins. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Please bring a rolling pin, apron & a box to fit 6 croissants

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
