DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu tonight:
- Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish-Style Garlic Shrimp) - a unique technique that sears and steams, leaving lots of broth for dipping
- Potato-Garlic Hearth Loaf - a soft bread, tender with mashed potato, laced with roasted garlic, perfect for dipping
- El Bulli Bean Soup with Picada - white beans, smoky tomato- finished with a fresh Spanish herb pesto
- Pollo Morunos - chicken roasted in a rich fruit, sweet and tangy spice marinade inspired by the Moors- the flavours, the sauce, the crust!
- Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes
- Fresh Green Salad with Capirete Sherry Vinaigrette, Marinated Tomatoes and Sweet Onions
- Pan de Jerez with Burnt Orange Caramel Sauce- a dark chocolate cake infused with Nutty Oloroso sherry, Spanish almonds and coffee

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
