Please read our before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.
DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu tonight:
- Bruschetta with Greens, Beans, Lemon and Herbs- a smoky combination of cannellini beans, kale, chiles….. served on grilled garlic ciabatta. Delicious from a hot cast iron skillet.
- The Simply Bold Salad- fresh greens, fresh herbs with a bold vinaigrette-endless variations
- Pork Loin with Fennel-Herb Marinade- for the grill or oven- brining does the trick for flavour and results!
- Orzo with Lemon and Parmesan- keep it fast and simple, or make it your own with herbs….
- Balsamic Strawberry Upside Down Cake- our local berries showing their style for summer
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
