The best Tuna Tostada: Ahi Tuna, Cucumber, red onions, cilantro, roasted habanero and lime over a crispy tostada.
Elotes: Mexican Street Corn, grilled or boiled, served with Mexican sour cream, dry cheese and chili powder.
Empanadas de Huitlacoche: Huitlacoche is also known as corn mushroom, corn smut or Mexican truffle. It is a fungus, which randomly grows on organic corn and has pleasant hearthy taste. The empanadas are corn masa stuffed with huitlacoche and cheese, deep fried and served with Salsa Verde
Horchata Tres Leches: A delicious twist on this Mexican classic cake!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
