My name is Charlotte Kinard and I am one of the "Office Ladies" up at Crain Hyundai of Bentonville. I am overseeing our Annual Trunk or Treat here at Crain Hyundai of Bentonville this year. In the past, I have had great success collaborating with local businesses here in North West Arkansas during our Trunk or Treat event. We provide your business a trunk to decorate to pass out candy and your business can come out and engage with our community, pass out business cards, advertise, and share some good times with not only us; but all the littles in our area. We plan to do our trunk or treat this year on Friday, October 30th between 4pm to 7pm. Year before last when I did this same thing we saw well over 700 families come in and it was a huge success. If it is something your business is interested in, please let me know. There is absolutely no cost to you from our end. This is for all the children in our area and a way to help out other businesses in our area who would like to participate. If you have any questions, all of my information is below our flyer. We will be advertising our event among multiple platforms and multi media outlets before this event and would love to include you! If you are interested. There are no cost on your end except to decorate the back of an SUV, Car trunk, or Santa Cruz truck bed, pass out treats and let our community meet their Small Businesses in our area! Please don’t hesitate to email me if you have any questions or interested in a Trunk to Treat at [email protected] Happy Fall Y’all, it’s FINALLY here!
