About this Event
11/11 and 12/16
Join us for a two-part Sketch Session series inspired by the Wallach Art Gallery’s fall exhibition, Allan Sekula: Fish Story. Together we will continue to explore and develop observational drawing skills with a focus on perspective and composition and also consider how photography can be a tool for image making. Each session will include a visit to the Wallach Art Gallery.
All experience levels are welcome and materials will be provided.
Presented as part of Crafts on the Corner at the Bollinger Forum in collaboration with the Wallach Art Gallery.
Established in 1986, the Miriam and Ira D. Wallach Art Gallery is Columbia University's premier visual arts space. The Wallach's mission is to advance Columbia University's historical, critical, and creative engagement with the visual arts.
