Learn the history of bitter herbs and the long-standing tradition of creating remedies, cocktail bitters and bitter liqueurs to enhance digestion. You'll learn about and smell a slew of bittering agents, learn about flavoring ingredients and solvents and sample a homemade Bitters & Soda from the instructor's collection. You'll leave with enough information to choose what ingredients you'd like to use and how to assemble them to make delicious homemade bitters.
