2026 goal: learn a new skill ✅Sign up for the next CPR class, scheduled for Saturday, November 7 from 9am-12pm at the Downtown Family YMCA. Participants will gain skills-based training to develop the knowledge and confidence necessary to respond in a medical emergency using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), CPR, and/or first aid. This class consists of a combination of e-learning and in-person skills training.
