About this Event
Learn to save lives with confidence in our CPR/AED/First Aid class —a comprehensive 5-hour training designed to equip participants with the essential skills to respond effectively in emergencies. This course follows the latest HSI (Health & Safety Institute) guidelines for Adults/Children/Infants, and combines hands-on practice with engaging instruction, ensuring every participant can perform CPR, use an AED, and administer basic First Aid with precision and confidence. Whether you’re a workplace safety officer, a coach, a teacher, or simply a concerned community member, this training meets OSHA and state requirements while offering invaluable real-world lifesaving competence.
Throughout the session, participants will learn how to recognize medical emergencies, provide immediate care, and support victims until professional responders arrive. Emphasis is placed on clear, step-by-step instruction, realistic scenario practice, and the development of calm, confident decision-making under pressure. Upon successful completion, attendees will earn a nationally recognized HSI certification valid for two years—empowering them to make a vital difference when every second counts.
