Welcome to the Carrollton Police Officers' Association Mother-Son Monster Mash Volunteer event! Join us at First Baptist Church at The Fields on October 24, 2026 at 7:30 AM (Central Time) for a heartwarming evening of fun and bonding between mothers and sons. Help us create unforgettable memories for all attendees. Your support is invaluable! See you there!
There will be space for a morning set-up for the event from 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM. We will have donuts and give out assignments from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM and will get started. This will include setting up decorations, game set-up, and a craft area set-up.
An evening time of 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM is the volunteer timeslot for the actual event. We will have pizza and Chick-Fil-A before giving out assignments and getting started. This will include checking in attendees, running games and events, supervising bouncehouses, as well as tear-down after the event concludes.
