Most property investors or flippers want to walk through a property before they buy it. Savannah Carter has built a business around doing the opposite.
A former lawyer turned professional property trader, Savannah has done 23 property deals in just three years, many of them bought without ever setting foot inside the property. From her base in Christchurch, she trades properties across New Zealand, managing renovations remotely and coordinating tradespeople on the ground.
Savannah doesn’t do the renovation work herself, and she doesn’t rely solely on her own capital. Instead, Savannah has built a network of tradespeople, professionals and private money partners that allows her to run multiple projects without being physically present or funding every deal herself.
Savannah will take you behind the scenes of her property trading business. She’ll share how she finds and assesses opportunities remotely, how she manages renovations from hundreds of kilometres away, how she works with tradespeople she can trust, and how she structures partnerships with private investors to fund the deals.
