About this Event
Ofsted update; the inclusive music classroom & enrichment framework. Creating an accessible, engaging & ambitious music offer; driving high attainment for all learners both inside and outside the classroom. In this session: you will gain an overview of key considerations arising from the updated Ofsted framework and the new Enrichment framework, exploring what any developments mean for music education in schools. Alongside this, participants will engage in practical, hands-on activities focused on planning and delivering inclusive, accessible, engaging and ambitious music lessons. You will explore strategies and approaches that support high-quality teaching and ensure all pupils can succeed and thrive in music, with some clear and tangible 'take-aways' that you can utilise straight away.
Venue: Dixons Academies Trust Centre for Growth - on the site of Dixons City Academy, Ripley Street, Bradford, BD5 7RR. Plenty of parking on site - buzz to get into the car park - or parking at the side of the road just outside the gates as well
