In the second instalment of the Accelerate Series 2026 this May, this session will focus on two crucial topics in property: the tax and valuation dynamics that shape successful property deals and strategies.
Join us for another in-person evening exploring how transactions are structured and assessed beyond funding alone, with insight into how tax positioning and valuation approach can influence overall outcomes.
The session will begin with a brief update from Michael, on the current economic changes and fiscal landscape, followed by an overview of property taxation and the process of incorporation by Tom Kirk - of Harling & Kirk Accountants. Stephen Todd of VAS Valuation Group will then breakdown the fundamentals of property valuations, including HMO valuations and how they can make or break projects.
The session concludes with an expert panel discussed the above topics and answering questions you have. This will include tax strategy, valuation shifts, funding structures, and investor priorities, audience participation throughout encouraged.
