About this Event
Our annual Community Day is going to be in London and online this year on Saturday 6th June 2026 at Vauxhall City Farm:165 Tyers St, London SE11 5HS.
This gathering will be a space of connection, renewal, and possibility, where every voice is valued, and where we can imagine and build our collective future.
If you are a CPA member please get a free ticket, if you are not a member but would still like to attend (whilst abstaining from voting for the AGM) please select a paid for ticket and if you would like to attend online please select a free virtual ticket.
Programme for the day is as follows:
10:00–10:30 – Arrival & Soft Landing
10:30–11:30 – Opening Circle
11:30–12:00 – Break
12:00–13:00 – AGM & Organisational Reflection
The AGM will be held for the following purposes:
1. Approval of 2025 AGM Minutes
2. To receive the Annual Report for the year ended 31st March 2026
3. Presentation of Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2026
4. Elections of Members of Board of Directors: A third of Directors are required to stand down by rotation in order of length of time serving with the principle that every Board Member will have been elected within 3 years. Board Members may stand again. This year Nick Drew will stand down. Rebecca Nestor and Steve Marshall will stand again:
1. To re-elect Rebecca Nestor and Steve Marshall.
2. To elect: Christella Monnier, Dirk Henn, Hannah Nimmo, Rebecca Pfister and Martin Wilks (follow the link to see candidates' personal statements and pictures)

The day is an opportunity for us to get together, to connect and share thinking, learning and care. We link the day with our Annual General Meeting - during this part of the day, members can vote on issues relating to CPA’s operations, such as the election of Board members, for which we are sending out additional communication.
