Grab a friend, gather your coworkers, or treat yourself to an afternoon that’s a little different! What if you could step away from your usual routine, slow things down and spend a few hours creating something beautiful?
COZY WINTER: CREATE & RESET is a three-hour creative wellness experience at DeGroot’s Nurseries in Sarnia, combining gentle movement, mindfulness and hands-on creativity.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Gentle stretching to release tension and help you relax. No equipment or fitness experience needed! We’ll use chairs for support, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat if you’d prefer to stretch on the floor.
Guided mindfulness to help you slow down, clear your mind and enjoy being present.
Creative exploration as we paint a winter-inspired landscape and bring it to life with natural materials, textures and personal touches.
Everyone starts with the same basic painting techniques, but no two finished pieces will look alike! You can follow my examples or explore your own ideas. No artistic experience necessary.
Light refreshments included.
Come on your own or make it a group outing!
Bring a friend, gather your book club, or organize a little afternoon escape with your coworkers. It’s a fun alternative to the usual holiday get-together, a chance to reconnect or simply an opportunity to do something for yourself.
