Slow down, get creative, and join us for a relaxed Saturday morning of tote bag painting, specialty coffee, light bites, and good company at Poets & Prose Coffee Roasters in Oakville.
We’re excited to welcome Maria, a Toronto-based multimedia artist and founder of Little by Little Art, for a fun and beginner-friendly creative workshop.
Choose from playful fall and Halloween-inspired designs, follow along with Maria’s guidance, or let your imagination take over and create something completely your own. You’ll start with a blank canvas tote and leave with a wearable piece of art you created yourself.
No painting experience is needed! Whether you come on your own, bring a friend, or make it a cozy fall outing, this is a morning to relax, create, and enjoy some time away from the usual weekend rush.
Meet Your Artist
Maria is a Toronto-based multimedia artist and creative workshop instructor who loves making art approachable, social, and fun—even for complete beginners.
Her favourite mediums are watercolour and soft pastel, and her work draws inspiration from nature, the streets of Toronto, and the small, fleeting moments of beauty in everyday life. Maria leads creative workshops across the GTA and is also an instructor at the Toronto Botanical Garden.
And as an unapologetically picky coffee lover, she’s right at home at Poets & Prose!
