About this Event
Let's get comfortable for a cozy concert and healing music experience ✨
Immerse yourself in the soothing soundscapes of crystal sound bowls, tuned to 432 Hz to support energetic, physical and emotional restoration. Played by Ashley of Awake In Wellness. Accompanied by the soft, soulful piano of Dae Han.
This is an alternative kind of concert 🌿
Come in your coziest clothes, bring a yoga mat, and lay down to nourish your nervous system. Instead of sitting in a seat, you’ll enjoy live music through a restorative lens, letting the sound move through you as you connect with the musical vibrations, yourself, and the community around you.
What to bring: yoga mat or towel, cozy clothes, and a blanket or pillow if you’d like extra comfort
Where: Studio 909, Musicians’ Association of Hawaiʻi · 949 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu · AC and Free parking available
Tickets: $20 ticket · $25 at the door (via Venmo or Cash - limited spots, so we recommend booking ahead)
Important: Disclaimer & Waiver
Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your doctor before attending if any of the following apply to you:
- Pacemaker or implanted heart device (coronary stent, cardiac shunt, artificial heart valve, or ICD)
- Metal implants or metal staples
- Epilepsy, Parkinson’s, or another neurological condition
