About this Event
The season of Autumn calls us back to ourselves for a time of reflection and release. The transition into yang energy invites us to shed what is no longer serving us and embrace quiet routines.
October acts as the energetic new year, where it is natural to slow down and process the outward energy of summer, so that we are ready for the softness and energetic turning inward of winter.
At this cozy Autumn event you are gently invited to reflect on and release your burdens, to sip hot apple cider, and to create a wish jar that will lighten the darkness of winter and carry your wishes through till the spring.
Through the healing vibrations of sound, you will be gently called back to yourself, energetically aligning with the softness of autumn, and releasing burdens that have been wearing you down.
What you need:
- a yoga mat to lie on and a blanket to get cozy.
- feel free to bring any crystals/ items you would like to be cleansed and filled with the energy of release.
- water & tea are available at no additional cost.
Kind reminder: Please arrive a few minutes early to maintain a smooth and grounded arrival, so we can begin the ceremony with ease and presence.
