CHiC HOUSE Theater is an intimate theater and private event space created by the furniture brand CHiC HOUSE. Blending the comfort of a private theater with an experiential showroom, the space hosts curated movie nights, live performances, creative gatherings, and special events—inviting guests and their pets to relax on our signature sofas and experience CHiC HOUSE in a new way.

October at CHiC HOUSE Theater 🎃🐾
We’re getting into the Halloween spirit all October long! Expect a special seasonal setup, a photo corner for you and your pup, and plenty of dog treats throughout the night.
Costumes are highly encouraged, so dress up your pup, snap some photos, and make a night of it. Pups who come dressed up will get extra treats from us. 🦴👻

DOG TICKET 🐶
If you would like to bring a pet dog, please purchase a dog ticket for the same session.Due to the size of our venue, we can only accommodate dogs weighing 35 lbs or less. Dog tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Trained service animals do not require a dog ticket.

PARKING, ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
- Complimentary parking is available on-site.
- Set your GPS destination to CHiC HOUSE, 1700 S Santa Fe Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90021.
- When you arrive at the front entrance, please call us at if the gate is closed, our team member will open the parking gate for you.
- As our venue is gated, a member of our team will meet you at the entrance and guide you in for check-in, then assist all guests out at the end of the event.
TICKET POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event. After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest by contacting us before check-in.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be admitted. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If CHiC HOUSE cancels the event, guests will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, or guests may request a full refund.
DOG AGREEMENT
Dog-Friendly Session Guideline
We’re happy to welcome dogs to CHiC HOUSE Theater. To keep the space safe and comfortable for everyone:
- A separate dog ticket is required for each pet dog. This includes emotional support, therapy, comfort, and companion dogs that do not qualify as trained service animals.
- All pet dogs must be healthy, fully vaccinated, house-trained, and supervised at all times
- Pet dogs may be off-leash only if they are friendly, non-aggressive, well-behaved, and under their owner’s control.
- Owners accept full responsibility for this decision and their dog’s behavior.
- All pet dogs must wear the disposable pet diaper provided by CHiC HOUSE while inside the venue.
- Keep dogs away from electrical cords, equipment, and restricted areas, and prevent them from chewing or scratching furniture.
- Aggressive, unsafe, or persistently disruptive dogs may be asked to leave.
Damage & Responsiblity Policy
Owners accept full responsibility for any incident, injury, or property damage caused by their dog. A fixed $150 damage fee applies if a pet dog damages furniture, flooring, electrical cords, equipment, or other venue property. Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and do not require a dog ticket. Pet-specific ticket and diaper requirements do not apply to service animals.
MEDIA NOTICE
Photography, video, and audio recording will take place during the event. By attending, you consent to CHiC HOUSE’s use of your image, likeness, and voice for social media and promotional purposes. Please notify our staff at check-in if you prefer not to be featured.
