Join us for a calming and rejuvenating meditation session designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. Facilitated by Melinda Breaux, each 45-minute session includes a short introduction, 25-30 minutes of guided meditation, and a brief processing discussion to reflect and share insights.
