FAQs
What is the difference between Front Row Center and Front Row Side?
For the 7 pm show only: the fashion runway is divided into 3 sections. The center runway is wider and is the area for the finale model parade. Models also walk up and back the side runways throughout the show.
Will I get a good view with the Mezzanine Standing ticket?
Yes. A limited number of guests will be allowed onto the Mezzanine so all should have a great view of the show. Enjoy a birds eye view of the beautiful venue, show and performers. Perfect to create great photos and videos to share.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Fashion shows are appropriate for all ages. No children under age 10 please. Guests under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes. Email us the name and ticket/transaction number of the original buyer along with the name and contact email address of the guest who will attend. The guest should bring the original ticket to the event or have it on their phone.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, if possible. If not, please have the tickets on your smartphone when you check in. Your name will also be on the guest list at the door.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that OK?
Yes, it is OK. You can email us the name of the buyer and the name of the guest who will attend in case of any question, but it is not required.
Will I receive printed tickets?
The confirmation email from AllEvents will have your ticket attached which you should print and bring with you or have on your smartphone when you check in. If you do not see the email message with your tickets within 24 hours, check your Spam folder and if you still do not see it email us and we will re-send it.
What are discount codes?
Discount codes are given to certain special guests and pre-arranged parties. If your party has 10 or more people, please email us for information on group discounts.
I would prefer not to pay online. Can I order tickets by mail?
Yes. Check payments must be received no later that 10 days before the event. We also accept payments by Zelle, CashApp, bank wire and Western Union. Please email us for details.
Is there a dress code for guests?
Dress code is elegant chic "dress to impress". Formal attire (tuxedo evening gown etc.) is not necessary.
How early should I arrive to check in?
Check in starts 30 minutes before show time.
Can I take photos?
Discreet photo/video taking from your seat is allowed. No long lenses or standing up during the show or blocking other guests’ views.
Are there group rates or discounts?
Discounts are available for parties of 10 or more. For more information please email us with your name and number of people in your party for more information.
