Join Us to represent and support the beloved dog with whom the world has deemed God's Gift (bc her owners will not even give her name.)
We will be representing her by wearing black and white with red. BLACK & WHITE like this case. (there is no grey areas)
RED for the blood on the hands of the Abuser, and if the authorities do not enforce KY law, them too!
Short Synopsis:
God's Gift - Real name still Unknown.
She was tortured to death in Parkside Manor Trailer Park in Radcliff, KY on July 9, 2026 - a high 90s day with over 72% humidity. She was tied on a short 3ft leash (wrapped tightly around her neck) to a fence. She was restrained inside a FULLY FENCED in yard and placed such that shade and water was JUST FEET OUT OF REACH. This means that every time she reached for the shade of the deck- or the bowl of hot water placed up on the deck- she was choking herself. OVER. AND OVER.
My partner & I are not only eyewitnesses to this tragedy, but also the ones who took action to save her life. We immediately called Animal Control - who told us not to intervene and that they were sending someone right away. They told us they have in house vets that could help her better than we could. They lied - they never dispatched that call for help. They left us waiting with a beautiful soul that we could have driven ourselves to the nearest ER. We did jump the fence and recorded the entire event so that the owners would be charged accordingly.
Unfortunately, she died at the Hardin County Animal Control & Care center. We were told we could contact them any time for an update on her well-being. They lied and have refused to answer my attempts at communication ever since.
After discovering that she had died - from a third party who saw that a dog had died on July 9th - from a FB post (Hardin County Shout), I started sharing every bit of evidence I recorded and came across. This raised hell for the people involved in her murder. One of the relatives came forward and said that Mr Rosado was only trying to "help a stray dog". That is a lie- She is not a stray; she has been in that home since AT THE VERY LEAST MAY (when authorities were originally called due to inadequate care and restraints in poor weather conditions- according to one eyewitness testimony.)
Now, as we fight for justice, her necropsy came back that she died by means of "Hyperthermia". According to the Detective from RPD (whom we thought would be heading this case), the case has been put back into the hands of Hardin County Animal Control, because, as he stated, "We cannot -- We are CHOOSING not to pursue Felony Charges bc we do not believe we have enough evidence to convict." He continued, "You have to have a misdemeanor animal torture charge in order to receive a felony count." He lied, or at the very least, he is uneducated on KY laws. He continued, "Nobody will testify to it being torture. The Vet who did the necropsy will not testify to her death being Torture." He is misinformed. Nobody needs to testify to it being torture. The law has already been written, fought for, and established: Ethan's Law. KRS 525.135 cites "hyperthermia" as a form of "physical infirmity" aka TORTURE. punishable by a CLASS D FELONY.
The work has all already been done for them. This is a textbook case of exactly what that law was made for. Typically, authorities are quick to want to pin a felony conviction on individuals. Why is this case any different? Especially when it is so BLACK AND WHITE! Who is trying to save their job, or career?
There is way more to this entire story, which is why we are FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE.
