Kindred Counselling is hosting a beautiful couples' sound bath so you can step away from your busy routine and focus on your mental well-being. This sound bath is thoughtfully designed to help you relax, refresh, and restore your body and mind in a calm and supportive environment with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and optional aromatherapy.
Experience a perfect blend of love, harmony, and intimacy in this beautifully curated sound bath for couples, focused on the root chakra to support intimacy and deeper connection.
Facilitated by Vishavjit Sandhu RCC dedicated to supporting couples well-being.
*Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else to feel comfortable.
What to expect: You will find a space together on the floor with your partner in our welcoming, air-conditioned studio. You will be surrounded by an abundance of candles, galaxy lights, and a full-moon projection creating a dreamy, out-of-this-world vibe.
No meditation or sound bath experience necessary.
Exchange: $50 per person
How to get to the studio: Kindred Counselling is located at the Enterprise Centre at 301-3701 Hastings St, Burnaby. There is a set of stairs to the left (around 10 meters) of Anytime Fitness. You will see a sign for Kindred Counselling just before the stairs. After the stairs, the first door on your left is the entrance to the lobby.
