Are you wanting something new for date night? Join Alex & Deagan, husband & wife breathwork facilitators for an evening of guided breathwork, cacao & reconnection with your beloved.
This will be held at Nightshade (Plantbar downtown AVL). We'll begin with an hour of guided breathwork then 30 minutes of intentional connection with your partner.
Alex & Deagan are the founders of Blue River Breathwork (BRB) and have guided thousands of people through a breathing experience that can result in deep relaxation, creativity, and emotional healing.
In addition to breathwork, Alex is a men's work facilitator & Deagan is a women's circle facilitator.
Is this holotropic breathwork? The breath pattern and set up are similar. However, the key differences are that BRB makes the integration more important than the breathing and there is not always a 'big release’ moment. Cathartic releases are common but are not the goal. The goal is to feel in alignment with life and for you breath pattern to reflect that.
Your Ticket Includes:
1 hour of guided breathing by Blue River Breathwork
30 minute guided connection
1 Ceremonial drink prepared by Plant Bar (Cacao, Matcha, or Herbal Tea)
