Couples' Baking: Valentine's Day Macarons

Start celebrating Valentine's Day early with our themed macaron class! Forget what you’ve heard about macarons being impossibly difficult to make. In this three-hour course, students will work in pairs, using a very French meringue recipe and tried-and-true techniques to make your macarons a success. Each student will learn the crucial steps of macaronage, piping, and filling. You will step away with your own set of classic Parisian macarons, filled with a French buttercream, as well as the confidence to recreate these recipes at home.
